Four pickup windows every day of the week: 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM and 6–8 PM. Book at least 2 hours ahead, and up to 7 days in advance.

Ironing is usually ready in about 2 days, and laundry (wash & fold or wash & iron) in about 4 days. Dry cleaning, saree rolling, saree polishing and stain removal take 7 to 10 days. Once your order is ready, you choose the delivery slot.

Yes. You can reschedule before a rider is assigned, and cancel free of charge any time before pickup begins.

Each customer has one open order at a time. Add everything to a single pickup — we bill each service separately.

Prices start at ₹15 per piece and include 18% GST. Every garment and service has its own price, and you see it before you confirm.

Dry cleaning and stain removal depend on the fabric and the stain, so delicate items are inspected first and their final price is confirmed after pickup. You agree to this when you book.

Pay by cash or UPI when your clothes are delivered. There is nothing to pay upfront.

Yes. Every order comes with a proper GST invoice — one per service by default — that you can view, share or print.

You pay the full price only if the stain comes out. If it can’t be removed, you pay just a small minimum charge.

Every piece is counted and photographed at pickup, each step of the order is recorded, and the delivery is photographed too.

Tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. We investigate every report against our pickup and delivery photos and records, and where we are responsible we resolve it case by case, as set out in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Yes — please declare bridal, designer, heirloom or other high-value pieces, and anything delicate, before pickup. We may suggest special handling or decline items we can’t safely process.

Please do. Remove cash, jewellery, keys and other valuables before pickup — we can’t be responsible for items left in pockets.
